Priority 1 Quality of Education
| Improve the quality of education to be Outstanding by: - Improving outcomes in Writing at KS1 & KS2 for all pupil groups (QE1)
- Developing the profile and teaching of reading so that it promotes fluency, comprehension and enjoyment (QE2)
- Strengthening the provision and teaching of Music and Modern Foreign Languages (QE3)
- Developing learners' thinking, speaking and memory skills (QE4)

Priority 2 Behaviour and Attitudes | Improve the Behaviour and Attitudes of pupils to Outstanding by : - Promoting equality, diversity and respect (BA1)
- Reducing the instance of persistently absent pupils so that it is securely below national average (BA2)

Priority 3 Personal Development | Improve the personal development of pupils to Outstanding by: - Expanding the opportunities within the school’s ‘Becoming Me’ PD Framework (PD1)
- Embedding opportunities for learners' to develop their personal and interpersonal skills (independence, peer mentoring, resolving conflict) (PD2)

Priority 4 Leadership and Management | Improve the effectiveness of Leadership and management to Outstanding by: - Minimising the impact of school closures due to the Covid-19 pandemic (LM1)
- Developing a school culture of Trauma Perceptive Practice (LM2)
- Developing foundation subject leadership roles (LM3)
- Ensuring governors understand and carry out their roles very effectively, holding leaders to account (LM4)
