Communicating to support your child

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU?

We create many opportunities for the school and the staff to communicate with you. Here is a comprehensive list (in no particular order):

• Learning Conferences (Autumn/Spring)
• Focus child meetings (EYFS)
• Reading Record Books

• Tapestry (EYFS children only)
• Speaking to parents at the end of the school day
• End of Year reports

HOW CAN YOU COMMUNICATE WITH US?

• Arrange to meet with the class teacher / deputy head teacher / head teacher
• Speak to the class teacher after school when all the children have been collected
• Write a letter or note to the class teacher
• Add comments in the reading record book
• Send a message via Class Dojo
• Speak with the Head Teacher in the mornings / afternoons on the steps, each day
