SCHOOL MEALS

From September 2025 school meals cost £2.50 each per day/ £12.50 per week. They must be ordered and paid for at least one week in advance.  We expect parents to pay online using our Arbor App or Parent Portal.  This is a quick and easy method of paying for and tracking your child’s school meals. 

The cost of the meals for the academic year per term are as follows:

• Half Term until October: £95.00 (38 days)

• Second Half Term until Christmas: £85.00 (34 days)

• Whole Autumn Term: £180.00

•  
• Spring term until February half term: £72.50 (29 days)
• February half term until Easter holidays; £62.50 (25 Days)
• Whole of the Spring Term: £135.00

• Summer term up to May half term: £70.00 (28 days)
• From May half term until the summer holidays: £87.50 (35 days)
• Whole of the summer term £157.50

Menus

There are 2 menus per year.  The summer menu and the winter menu.

The summer menu is served from the beginning of the September term to October half term and then again from after Easter until the summer holidays.  This is lighter food appropriate for warmer weather.

The winter menu is served from after October half up to the Easter holidays.  This is warmer food for the colder months.  

Each menu contains a ‘Red’ option (protein based), and a ‘Green’ option (vegetarian based) along with a salad bar available everyday except on Wednesday on the Winter menu as this is roast dinner day.

Each menu has a 3 week rotation.
