Epping for Everyone - FREE Christmas Lunch - Sat 13th December
Dear Ivy Chimneys School,
We'd like to invite your staff, parents and pupils to the Epping for Everyone Christmas Lunch. It's a free community event to give Epping residents, friends and neighbours the opportunity to meet up for some festive fun.
The lunch is being held on Saturday 13th December in the main room in Epping Hall (St. John's Road) between 12.30-3pm. We're asking those who can, to bring a dish to share for a buffet-style gathering but there is no obligation to do so - we're sure there will be plenty of mince pies and sausage rolls to go round!
Although the event is free, places are limited. We have over 85 people confirmed already with room for more. Anyone wishing to come along should either scan the QR code on the poster below, or email us directly so that we can reserve a place.
