Please see the link below for a course, which is to help children manage stress, anxiety and feelings of overwhelm.

Why do some children lash out, withdraw, refuse, worry or become overwhelmed?
What if these behaviours aren’t simply problems to manage, but clues to the experiences a child has had and the support they need next?
There is a small cost of £10

This is an online course designed for parents and professionals, and it may be a helpful resource for some of the families.

October Half-Term Tennis Camp – Theydon Bois Lawn Tennis Club

Fri 16 Oct 2026

Following the success of our summer tennis camps at Theydon Bois Lawn Tennis Club, I’m getting in touch to share details of our upcoming October Half-Term Mini & Junior Tennis Camp.

It was fantastic to welcome lots of local primary school pupils to our summer camps, and they had a great time taking part in the tennis, games and team activities. It would be lovely to see some familiar faces again, as well as welcome new children during the October half term.

The camp will run on Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th October, from 9am–3pm, and is open to children aged 4+ of all abilities.

The sessions will be led by Andrew Cherry, a qualified PE teacher and experienced tennis coach, and will include tennis coaching, fun games, team challenges and some Halloween-themed activities.

Parents can contact me directly via WhatsApp on 07542 883854 to book or with any questions.
